All account balances and transactions are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified. Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion may apply at the rate determined by ct888 or the payment processor at the time of transaction.
ct888 reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that were obtained by lawful means. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your own name may be declined or reversed.
Completed KYC verification is a mandatory prerequisite for all withdrawal requests. Requests submitted before KYC is approved will be held in pending status until verification is complete.
Withdrawals must, where possible, be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. ct888 may request evidence of payment method ownership before releasing funds. The name on your ct888 account must match the name registered with the withdrawal payment method.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and over rolling time periods. These limits are displayed in PKR within the cashier. ct888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for withdrawals that exceed defined thresholds.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period as defined in ct888's account management policy. Maintenance fees or fund forfeiture provisions applicable to dormant accounts will be communicated to you in advance by the registered email address on file.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by ct888 are subject to individual promotion terms, which include a wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), expiry period and any maximum withdrawal cap on bonus winnings. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. ct888 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or wager at its absolute discretion, including where a bet exceeds published stake limits, where a technical error has produced an incorrect price, or where a bet is placed after the event outcome has been determined.
